Prom Dress Looks...
Depending on the event, you may want to achieve a different look. Of course, every party dress you wear is going to look elegant and make you feel special. However, there is no doubt that certain party dress styles definitely set a specific tone over other dress styles. For example, a long mermaid drop dress may announce that you are sophisticated and mature while a short and frilly dress says you are flirty and playful. Since there can be a difference in tone between parties, such as graduation versus a pageant, then it makes sense to choose a dress style that helps set the atmosphere.

Prom Dresses and Party Dresses
Party dresses offer a variety of choices which means that, when choosing a party dress, you need to consider several factors. What is the event, what look are you trying to achieve, and what style best complements your figure? It’s important not to just look at what’s trendy, but also what suits you and what your personal preferences are. If your intention is to only buy one prom dress and maximize its versatility, then you may want to consider cocktail prom dresses, but if your goal is to be Cinderella at the ball, then you should look into a formal ball gown.

Prom Dress Limousines
Teenagers are often an excited bunch and will opt to share a limousine. This is a good idea because group bookings make it possible to split costs. The demand for transportation during the spring season can be overwhelming when so many others are chartering transportation for prom, graduation, and even weddings! Talk to your friends early and decide who will be in your limo group, so that you can book your reservations and get the vehicle you want. Limousine rental companies can charge thousands of dollars for a night hire.

That Special Prom Dress
It really is one of the most special nights in a high school student's life. It is a time to dress up in the finest clothes: prom dresses for girls, tuxedos for boys. For many, it is the first time in a young person's life that they can actually see the adult blossoming inside of them. It is also a time for them to look and feel handsome or beautiful. And while these are all good things for your kids to experience, there is a time and a place. At the prom on a Saturday night is the time and the place. Sunday morning at church is not, and here are five reasons why.

High School Prom Dresses
When dreaming of your high school prom, did you have a Cinderella-esque vision? Maybe a stunning ball gown with glass slippers? An entire day spent at the hair salon getting those curls pulled up just right? An appointment with a makeup artist that would transform you into the belle of the ball?
Snap out of it! Today’s prom girl tends to be less concerned with frills and fluff. We have seen a definite trend toward simple styles. And with the re-emergence of the cocktail, more prom-goers are opting for a short dress. The overwhelming popularity of printed prom gowns also contributes to the less formal look of most prom styles for 2010.
