Prom Dress Exercises

Perform Leg Toning Exercises. This is not an easy fix, so if you know you’re about to attend your friend’s prom in a short evening dress, better work on toning your legs now. Tone your calf muscle by lifting your heels off the ground. You can also do toe-raises with your heels on the ground. Tone your thighs by straightening your legs, tightening your thighs, and lifting your legs simultaneously. For all the aforementioned exercises, hold the position for a while before you come back to the starting position.
